Service Description

Take the stress out of "What's for dinner?" this week. Each client receives a meal plan that is designed for you and your families specific dietary needs and an organized grocery list that makes grocery shopping easy. Kimmie's guided meal prep is instructional, educational and a whole lot of fun! First, schedule the date and time you’d like to prep. Once you book your appointment, we will schedule a quick call to discuss your needs. Then your meal plan/menu and grocery list will be e-mailed to you. If you would like to make any changes to the menu, please do so via-email. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail Kimmie@nutritionkitchenandbody.com

Cancellation Policy
